It depends on how In-depth you are in your reviewing process. Let's say you reviewed The Box. If your review consists of "herpdy derp this movie is sucks!!!!!" without giving any explaination on why you think it sucks, then we won't take you seriously. But if you give us an well-read reason such as, "the plot was slow" or "the acting was awful." Then, yes we would give it a look see.
TLDR version: Go for it but dont make yourself look like an idiot.
