I suggest cardio. The heart is the strongest muscle for a reason. Overall, if you can do at least 60 to 90 minutes of strength training and cardio. By that I mean splitting 60 to 90 minutes of your time a day to do various exercises that are both Cardio and Strength related, I'd guarantee you'll not only get in shape, but get stronger too.
