For Donations/tips, Ko-Fi is the best choice out there. (They also offer commissions if you are interested in them.)
Patreon is if you legit wanna make a living (which require having an actual fanbase out there)
I'd say if you wanna be paid, you need to provide something worth paying for. Shitposts are just that - shit. Try animating or something else creative, lots of people make decent money from that stuff.

I would pay them if I got a good laugh on multiple occasions. Besides I've done art and audio and I think by now I deserve to not be in some shitty job that barely gives hours or doesnt even bother hiring me

As fucked as the job market may be, no one 'deserves' a living. It's a struggle for everyone now, except for the elites. The only way to guarantee a living now is to be born into a royal bloodline or something.

Only thung I kniw about buisness on NG is that if you slip Sir Fulpous a hundred, he'll let you slap an ad on the nextmonth's "monthly best" awards post. It would be like an investment sorta, but it seems worthless unless you're alresdy making cash from doing something on here, or outside the site.
One option would be to find an animator or game designer to make something wegra themed, then make a kickstarter to pay them and keep a percentage.
Ko-Fi seems good for donations that are given for the sake of support. Patreon would mean that you have to have a weekly reward for the people paying. Basically Wegra+ subscribtion
