You know you wouldn't be the first person to say that, but no. It's more like a caricature of me; brown hair, blue eyes, my favorite color yellow is represented as a shirt, and you'll usually catch me out and about wearing blue shorts/jeans and gray shoes.
Some parts of the character design have been modified since I created this old sprite though; for instance, the hairline got smoother and the shoes got darker.
