Sounds like an acid trip.

A bunch of weird stuff going in the background like some kinda foreign speech going on and protests and what not. Kinda reminds me of Revolution #9 by The Beatles where all this creepy shit is happening.

It fits the atmosphere and someone should totally turn this into some kind of video that shows how screwed up this world really is.
