It really has. When I asked what was going on in the Work In Progress chat, a guy who was basically done with his scene replied "Sorry, I haven't been working on it, been swamped with art class"

Which is the exact same thing they've said in 2024.

Two shots have been reserved, but not completed. Three scenes are still available. Wes Makowski streams himself putting it all together, so I feel like it's extremely close. Hopefully it'll be complete this year.
