Wow look at all those coins flying everywhere!!!

Damn, the Mushroom Kingdoms coinblock ain't got shit on this! So much collecting, so much upgrading and of course that catchy ass Polka music. You know I just realized are like all jmtb02 games supposed to have a polka soundtrack? Because I can never get enough. I dont know if he does the music but he should post this to the audio portal.

That said great going!

Still looks and feels great after so many years

Wow I gotta say I never expected this game to get so much great reception then again it isn't too hard to see why. Great gameplay and great programming physics in 4 levels. Sure the game may not be heavily packed with replay value but this was a great attempt at a Sonic platformer in Flash. Probably wasn't easy too considering how speed works in a flash game. After all it ain't Mario and I can imagine a lot of glitches.

But lets get to the chase almost a decade later it still looks good. Hopefully a sequel in the works maybe?

Actually...

I kinda kind liked it. I think it has to do with the the random character roster that reminds me of something I made way back when where I had a random character roster that served no purpose. Anyway I love the childish like animation gameplay is a bit broken but I think that's the whole point not to mention you said you were bored.

And I know this sounds a little silly but I think you should make another one with the exact same style but with more characters, medals, and music.

How informative!

Well I do gotta say the Soup Squad sounds pretty interesting. I mean yeah it's just another clock crew/ Lock Legion rip off but still at least you guys try to make decent quality spam unlike the others. But any way I think the bios were pretty funny to read and the easter egg medals made it more worthwhile. Hey come to think of it wasn't little Little-Rena one of the members of the old Noobnation?

Anyway good job I'll keep my eye on you guys!

SoupSquad responds:

Yeah, Little-Rena is one of the members of the old NoobNations and the founder of the SoupSquad.

So let me get this straight you're playing as a Johnny Bravo lookalike in a hot tub running from aliens and kicking fat and nerdy people to make your way safely to the bottom. Wow never thought I'd see a game like this its a bit generic in the gameplay but the concept alone is pretty damn funny and that's what counts. Good job!

To be honest I found this kind of funny.

Sure all the outfits were crappily drawn and so was RM himself but I think that's the beauty of this silly little game. Also at the credits screen was that you singing along? Becuase I noticed the background music was playing along. Either way it's silly yes but kind of funny

Does (or did) have potential.

I think this game could have been something. For starters this game needs sound (who hasn't said that?) second of all the controls need to be explained more clearer I honestly didn't know what the hell I was doing. But despite the negatives the graphics are really impressive for its time.

What a comeback!

Oh wow I honestly never thought we'd be getting another one of these bad boys. Just when you thought 2 ridiculously hard games was enough out comes a third one packed with the most ridiculous questions and challenges that would give Wario Ware a run for it's money. I mean for gods sake I can't even get past the first game!

Ah well that said I got up to 20 questions and then got confused as hell that said great job mr. Splapp!

Remember when these used to be newsposts?
