Technically there have been other survivors to encounter Skitzo haha....Fibble from In the Dark in issue 2 of the comic, a pig who gave Skitzo a quarter in one cartoon, and a bear who ran from him in another toon. The key to living is never let Skitzo touch you and to run like Hell which is what Cuphead ending up doing.
