SHOOP DA WHOOP

About time I saw something like this!

Lochie responds:

Haha, there will be some more sooner or later.

Cute.

For about a year I'm still trying to figure out who sings that song.

Omgee responds:

Sheriff John. He had a kids' tv show in Los Angeles in 1952. From http://www.tvacres.com/child_sheriff_
john.htm:

"The highlight of the program were the birthday announcements when Sheriff John dedicated birthday wishes to kids born on that day. He often read a hundred names a day. To celebrate the Big Day he sang the song:

"Put another candle on my birthday cake, were gonna bake a birthday cake. Put another candle on my birthday cake. I'm another year old today."

"The birthday cake in question was decorated with thick frosting, candy and lollipops. While Sheriff John sang the song, the carousel cake spun in a circle while displaying the words "Happy Birthday Brigadiers" on the side of the cake.

"As a special treat Sheriff John would mention the location (under the bed, in the closet, etc.) of where kids could find gifts in their own house. This information was surreptitiously provided by the kid's parents a few weeks earlier."

Of course, I didn't actually know any of this when I found the song, nor was I alive in 1952... I just randomly grabbed a birthday song and stuck it on my flash. But now you know. :)

Wow where to begin?

Okay first off The menu was very orriginal. Second the Script was awesome. I just can't think of what to say. I gotta get a microphone and play all the sbc dialouge before that scene.

Creatus responds:

well i don't understand this review. But I suppose that makes it even more awesome! Thanks happy clockday.

Omg I can't believe you made this.

I'm speechless a 2.78 score ( which isn't that bad) someone actually made a flash movie about me. And I'm not that popular on NG. Wow I thought I was hated but I guess I have some fans. Well I guess this means I should make more adventures and start my novel already. Also as the creator of this I would like a sequal to this in the future. Keep it up! Oh and btw next time try to do better with the music okay. Well thats it!

John12346 responds:

It took you until just now to realize this Flash existed?

Btw I added you as a co-author.

This probably your best clockday flash so far.

I'm probably the only one to noticed that you used two gameboy camera music clips. Anyway I thought the movie was great. I was waiting for a new flash all these months. So, Have anymore plans? well Keep it up rupee!

RupeeClock responds:

I'm thinking of doing another FBF short soon.

Remember when these used to be newsposts?
